Fray Photo & Films is a Minneapolis based wedding photography and filmmaking studio focused on preserving the feeling of a wedding day, not just documenting what happened.

Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to document weddings, engagements, families, and meaningful milestones for couples in Minnesota and beyond. Every wedding is different, and that is what makes the work exciting. From intimate celebrations to full wedding weekends, our approach stays the same: pay attention, anticipate the moment, and create work that feels natural without losing the beauty and intention of a well made image.

Our wedding photography is rooted in timeless storytelling with an editorial eye. We look for genuine emotion, strong composition, beautiful light, and the moments in between. For portraits, we give direction when needed, but we never want the photographs to feel overly posed or disconnected from who you are.
